Ann E. Frazer, 89, St. Joseph, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 1992, at a local hospital. Mrs. Frazer was a lifelong resident of St. Joseph. She was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church of St. Joseph. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sarah Robinson. Surviving: three brothers, William W., Benjamin B. and Thomas B. Frazer of St. Joseph.
Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. Burial: Mount Mora Cemetery. Family Visitation: 7:30 to 9 tonight at the chapel, where friends may call after 10 a.m. today.
