George Sims, Eighty-three, Had Lived Here More Than Forty Years
George Sims, a member of the G.A.R. died yesterday morning at his home 509 Monroe street. He was eighty-three years old and has been a resident of St. Joseph More than forty years. He is survived by his wife, four sons, Edward of Kansas City, George Jr. Of Arma, Kan., William of Chicago and Thomas Of St. Joseph: four daughters, Mrs Anne Foster, Philadelphia, Mrs W. O. Jennings , Moberly, Mo., Mrs L. H. Fuqua, Clinton, Iowa and Mrs J. E. Henry, St. Joseph, and a sister, Mrs Sadie Evans, Dodgeville, Wis. The body is at the Heaton-BeGole and Bowman Funeral Home pending arrangements. |
