The Death Roll
Rudolph Bodtke, eighty-three years old, a retired carpenter, died at 2:45 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. A.M. Smith 1412 South Eleventh street. Mr. Bodtke was born in Danzig, Germany, and had lived in St. Joseph more than fifty years. Another daughter Mrs. Alfred Meier, and a brother Gustave Bodtke both of St. Joseph, also survive him. The funeral service will be conducted tomorrow afternoon in Meirhoffer's chapel and burial will be at Mount Mora Cemetery. |
