Brief Biography: obituary from St. Joseph News-Press Feb 13, 1966 Mrs. W.W. Frazer Sr. Mrs. Mary E. Frazer, 90, rural route No.5, was taken to a hospital her late Saturday and pronounced dead on arrival. She was the wife of W.W. Frazer Sr. Mrs. Frazer was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County. Her parents were T.J. Brown and Sally Leonard Brown. She was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church. Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Sarah Robinson, St. Joseph, and Miss Ann Frazer, St. Joseph; three sons, W.W. Frazer Jr. B. Boyd Frazer and Thomas B. Frazer, all of St. Joseph; and two sisters, Mrs. Lena Stallard, Dallas, Texas, and Mrs. Kate Stallard, Baldwin, Kan. The body is at the Heaton-Bowman mortuary. Frazer Rites Services for Mrs. Mary E. Frazer, 90, Route No. 5, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 at the Heaton-Bowman chapel. The Rev. Reith Gewin and the Rev. Harry V. McColloch will officiate and burial will be in Mount Mora Cemetery. From the book Connett and Allied Families by Leslie Leonard Connett, Jr page 119 Mary Euphoria Brown (b. Oct.7, 1875; d. Feb 12, 1966 at St. Joseph, MO) m. mar. 18, 1896 in the Thomas J. Brown home (corner of Pickett road and Leonard road), William Wilson Frazer (b. Dec. 31, 1872, St. Joseph, MO; d. Mar. 21, 1968 in his home on the Agency road,) son of Benjamin B. Frazer, (b.Mar. 15/23, 1826, in Cumberland Co., PA; d. Aug. 30, 1899). m. Jan. 1863 Annie Eliza Sterrett (b. June 19, 1837; d. Nov. 10, 1917 in St. Joseph, MO). Benjamin married Annie while visiting his old home in Pennsylvania. Benjamin was an early capitalist, being actively involved in several businesses in the community as well as being on the board and president of two banks. In fact, he helped organize the Park Bank situated at 10th and Penn St. He was president of this bank when he died. Will Frazer was a stockholder and member of the Board of Directors of the Park Bank as well as a prominent farmer in the Walnut Grove Community. He was a charter member of the Buchanan Co. Farm Bureau. His wife, Mary Euphoria, had preceded William in death two years earlier just two months befrore their 70th wedding anniversary. Both are buried at Mt. Mora Cemetery.
